Making full use of MLM Coaching

If you want to make the most out of MLM Coaching, you need to be coach-able.  Okay so that may seem a little obvious. But really you should stop and think about it.  You may think that you are.  With a little self-reflection, you may discover the truth!  That’s what happened to me!
 
What does it mean to be coach-able?   On the surface you may think it is about being open to learning new ways of building your business.  A willingness to consider trying strategies to help you grow.  Being open to learning and growth.

While these things are definitely important, there is more to it than that.  You also need to take action on a consistent basis and put into practice strategies and new ideas.  It is an active process.  You must be willing to take action and see it through.  Not partially, not trying, but actually doing!
 
Also ask yourself are you following through with what your mentor or coach ask you to do?  Are you being accountable?  If they are successful and say that you should do A – B – C, do you do that? Or may you do A and C because you really are not familiar with B (or substitute any other excuse).  If so, then how is it working for you?  I know that many times I have had to tell myself to stop re-inventing the wheel.  Look towards those who are successful and do what they do!

When you mentor someone else, what types of expectations will you have of the other person?  Are you holding yourself to the same standards? If not, you may want to re-examine what you are doing and ask yourself – Am I coach-able?  

I finally realized my barriers that I created preventing me from success when I started to ask myself these questions.  If you want the most from your MLM coaching, you should really take the time to ensure that you are coach-able!
